Well, that is except for Jim Meltzer, Clear Channel's big cheese in Northeast Ohio, and the powers at Clear Channel corporate, which owns more than 1,200 stations (and counting), including some of Cleveland's best known and most profitable: WMJI, WGAR, WTAM, and WMMS.

The Plain Dealer is a newspaper that is constantly changing as the the times and the people of Northeast Ohio are changing with it.

The airline said that based on its knowledge of the recent FAA inspection, and following its initial review of the newspaper article, it believes the accusations in the article are based on preliminary and unofficial information, and that the article is therefore grossly inaccurate, irresponsible, malicious and incomplete.

He states that the Book of Mormon differs very slightly as far as its general outline is concerned, from the historical romance written by his grandfather sixty or seventy years ago, and he is quite certain that the Mormon faith is founded on the production of that worthy pastor's fertile imagination.
He was also the grandson of Ethan Smith (1762-1849) the noted New England Congregational Minister and author of View of the Hebrews.
He is almost certainly the source of the 1887 letter to the Cleveland Plain Dealer, mentioned in the article which follows.

White; Steve Minter, executive director of the Cleveland Foundation; Commissioner colleagues Jane Campbell and Tim McCormack; Commissioner-elect Jimmy Dimora; Cleveland Indians owner Dick Jacobs; and Cleveland City Council President Jay Westbrook.
WMJI FM's Jimmy Malone joked that several invitation reprints yielded the large crowd.
